Privacy Policy (GDPR)

The data controller is the homeowners association or property manager that uses the SVB system to manage the residential building. You can find the controller's contact details in your organization settings.

We process the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, birth number (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), bank account, property ownership details (share, acquisition date), voting records (vote, IP address, timestamp), documents uploaded to the system.

We process personal data for: management of homeowners associations under Slovak law (Act No. 182/1993) and Czech Civil Code (§ 1158–1222), maintaining owner records and ownership shares, conducting electronic voting (per rollam), financial records (contributions, payments, debts), sending notifications related to building management.

The legal basis for processing is: legal obligation (owner records, voting), contract performance (building management), legitimate interest of the controller (system security, audit log), consent of the data subject (push notifications, cookies).

We retain personal data for the duration of the ownership relationship and 5 years after its termination for archival and potential legal claims. Voting minutes are retained for 10 years. Audit logs are kept for 3 years. Cookies are stored for a maximum of 1 year.

To protect your data, we use: encryption of sensitive data (AES-256-GCM) — birth numbers are encrypted in the database, Row-Level Security in PostgreSQL for data isolation between organizations, HMAC vote signatures to ensure integrity, HTTPS encryption for data transfer, regular database backups.

You have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact the chairman of your homeowners association or the property manager.

We use essential cookies for: login session (session cookie), language selection (locale), organization identification (current_org_id). These cookies are technically necessary for the application to function. We do not use analytics cookies. Push notifications require your explicit consent.
