Platform Code of Conduct

1. Communication

In every channel of the platform (comments, forum, messages, voting rationales) communicate respectfully and on the merits.

• I communicate with respect for other owners, the chairperson, the manager, and committee members regardless of differing views.
• I avoid profanity, insults, threats, and personal attacks against specific people.
• I do not spread false information, defamation, or misleading claims that could damage the reputation of another owner or community body.
• When criticizing, I focus on the issue, not the person, and provide concrete arguments or evidence.

2. Privacy and personal data protection

The community has access to sensitive owner data. I treat this data as confidential.

• I do not publish national IDs, dates of birth, bank account numbers, or other sensitive personal data of other owners outside the platform.
• I do not share photos, videos, or audio recordings of other people without their demonstrable consent (except for legal obligations during meetings).
• I do not pass platform data and documents to third parties without the chairperson's consent or a lawful basis.
• When sharing minutes and documents outside the system, I anonymize personal data that is not necessary for the sharing purpose.

3. Voting and official documents

Voting processes and community decisions are legally binding. I approach them responsibly.

• I vote only on my own behalf, or as a proxy based on a valid and properly registered power of attorney.
• I do not attempt to obtain or use another owner's credentials. I never share my PIN, password, or TOTP codes.
• When creating voting proposals, I provide truthful and complete supporting materials so other owners can make an informed decision.

4. System abuse

The platform is a technical tool with limits. Any attempt at abuse is a breach of this code.

• I do not try to bypass authentication, authorization, encryption, or other security mechanisms of the system.
• I do not send spam, advertising messages, or repeated identical notifications to other owners.
• I do not upload malicious content (malware, phishing links, illegal materials) or content that infringes copyright.
• I report security issues and suspicious system behaviour to the operator without delay through the contact channel listed below.

5. Responsibility and reporting

The community works only when everyone behaves responsibly. I actively help keep it healthy.

• When reporting issues and requests, I provide truthful information and relevant attachments (photos, documents).
• I respect meeting decisions and voting results even when I personally disagree — I use legal channels to seek revision.
• I report breaches of this code by other users to the chairperson or to the platform operator.

6. Consequences of violations

Violations of this code may result in a warning, a temporary restriction of platform features, or — in serious cases (vote manipulation, dissemination of personal data, repeated attacks against other people) — a complete revocation of access. The chairperson decides on sanctions in cooperation with the platform operator. If a violation constitutes a criminal offence or misdemeanour, we proceed under applicable law.
